Takoyaki Laboratory
As most non Japanese, my first foray into food of the land of the rising sun was sushi, which is a pretty standard way to go. Eventually I discovered there is a whole world beyond sushi and that the variety Japanese food had to offer is wonderfully exciting and a new awakening of the taste buds. One such amazing experience is eating takoyaki.
