GEM Description

GEM stands for “Groupe d’ Échange Multiculturel” or “Go Experience Montreal.“ It aims to provide opportunities to meet locals and people from all over the world through multicultural and international activities such as Spanish Tapas nights, Egyptian Food parties, etc. We hope our participants will discover other ways of life, thoughts, and most important, make new friendships. Now, GEM is offering a free “mini tour” for anyone who is new to Montreal or who wants to make new friends and try cuisines from all over the world!

Description of the mini tour

The mini tour includes the introduction to the popular/ famous restaurants, touristic places, chic shopping spots. local cafe etc. The tours can be modified accordinly to the participants’ requests.

Next Tour: December 14 – 18

If you wish to attend the next tour, please apply before December 10.　Restaurant costs is not included.

• Tour Day 1 (Mon)
  Try Turkish Sandwich, Baklava, and Turkish Tea! Salsa Lesson
• Tour Day 2 (Tue)
  Dinner @ Italian Restaurant or Indian Buffet, Tour to Saint Laurent Street!
• Tour Day 3 (Wed)
  Try American hamburger or Greek Restaurant, Tour to Chinatown & Old Montreal
• Tour Day 4 (Fri)
  Dinner @ authentic Mexican Restaurant, Tour to Mont Royal Street & St. Denis Street
